Even though today is the first day of Spring, I noticed the first red robin of spring on my front lawn yesterday morning (apparently they didn't get the memo) - actually there were four of them. The trees are budding and all of my colleagues who suffer from allergies are hacking, wheezing and blowing snot in a most disgusting fashion. All of which means that the long New England winter has passed and summer is on the way.I have the kids for a three-day weekend starting tomorrow, and plan to dye Easter eggs and do all that fun stuff. Hooray for us!
